I've had lots of comments asking if I made it and the answer is yes! I made it for a college project and although it took a long time I am really pleased with the end result. I kept the spray small to keep all of the focus on the flower and think this would look so striking on a tall double barrel cake (2 cakes stacked and then covered as 1).
I love making sugar flowers and they are a lovely decoration that can be kept as a memento of a special cake. I'll be working on a new spray soon and will share pictures when it's finished :-)
